Shimizu Megumi, from the Anime and Novel "Shiki".
At first I didn't liked this character, she seemed to be really selfish but I've finally came to like her because she was so bitchy. I really love the design of this character and I'll love to cosplay her 8D.
I didn't took any reference from the anime for drawing her clothes, I've just drawn what I wanted lol. And yes, I'm quite obsessed with frames right now xD.
